Okay, so I didn't get enough sleep last night. I never do. But this is just ridiculous. I just spent something between one and four hours in a nonresponsive state. Awake at first, my thoughts perfectly clear, but unable to move my body much. I registered the TV lose the signal as my monitor blanked out after 45 minutes of idleness, and the TV go into standby mode some time later. Then I fell asleep, dreaming.

When I woke up and struggled over to the computer, my idle time on IRC was four hours. So it was maybe 2-3 hours, I guess.. I know I didn't talk just prior to being hit by the fatigue and going over to bed.

This has happened before, several times. I don't have a clear memory of when it first happened. I think it only happens during the summer half of the year, I have no memory of it and being cold.
It doesn't happen suddenly; it's not like I just fall over and sleep. It's always "Ye gods I feel tired, I need to go lie down for a bit" and that "a bit" usually turns out to be over an hour. I've never fallen asleep anywhere else than my bed as a result of whatever the hell it is.

Maybe it's just the allergy meds.

And feeling bad about not accomplishing anything today. Maybe I'll work a little on the site later.
