Just want to reiterate that I loathe that waste of skin who occupies the room right underneath mine. I came home last night to find the downstairs hall permeated by the odor of tobacco.
Anyway, the con was fun! I only saw a few people I know, but I had a great time.
Watched Stargate: Atlantis episodes 3 to 6 (I don't know why they did not show the pilot, perhaps they already did so at a previous con), Farscape: The Peacekeeper Wars, which is the part where Aeryn is OMG!pregnant and everyone has baby rabies.. ugh. If I had known, I'd have skipped out on it. But, eh, it was kind of fun still. At least the thing wasn't born until the very end.. And when the thing screamed, I could feel my fallopian tubes squirm in agony.
Now that I think about it, it really wasn't bad at all. Some good quotes, like "I'm pregnant, not incapacitated".. The thing that annoyed me is that two people who love each other have to make a baby right away. Like they couldn't enjoy a couple of years together first.. Ah well, maybe they didn't have birth control. Anyhow, it could have been far, far worse.
Lastly, episodes 1 to 4 of the new Battlestar Galactica. It was a bit hard to get into at first, but I grew to like it. They're showing episodes five through seven today, before the auction and a few episodes of Stargate: SG-1 season eight. Some trailers will be shown too, including the one for Star Wars episode 3.
I need to get going, just waiting for the apple cake to finish.
