Rejection #4 received, answered another ad.. I'm so glad these things go via the internet and not phone. I don't know if I could handle it then.
Saw my doctor today, had my IUD removed because there's no point in me suffering more than I have to each month if I'm not going to be sexually active anyway. I was so nervous it was going to hurt (inserting it hurt like a bitch and I was sore for the rest of the day), but this was almost painless. Felt kind of like being stung by a thin needle. If you remove the discomfort, it wasn't any more traumatic than taking a blood test.
Noticed last night that the car was gone. I figured the vile one was going to pick up his mother at the airport or something, but it's still gone now - and I'm enjoying the peace and quiet of not having that waste of skin around. Is it too much to pray for that he's had a serious car accident? (one hopefully not including his mother)
I can't stop listening to this song..
To get some variety, I asked around in a castle for quests, and got one.. a noble sent me to kill a monster (of unspecified type) that had been bothering an ally of his. So I recall back to my usual mages' guild and teleport to the Haunt of Darkovus, and search for said critter.
The dungeon is populated by Vampires and Vampire Ancients, and they were about as plentiful as candy on Halloween. For those of you who don't play Daggerfall: Vampire Ancients can easily kill the strongest character if she's not careful or lucky.
The beast I was sent to kill? A mere Giant. -_-
Vampire Ancients have been showing up with an alarming frequency recently. I guess it comes with being level 15.. but instead of the usual juggernaut, a level 15 Healer isn't that tough.
I'm already thinking of ideas for my next character.. and I still have several main storyline quests to do.
Stupid SeMagic spellchecker. "Teleport" is a perfectly common word. Who here doesn't have teleport in their vocabulary?
I got a reply on the most recent apartment ad I applied for, saying cats are okay, and to call him to schedule an interview and a time to look at the place. I know this doesn't mean I'm going to get it, and I have no idea how cat-friendly the area is, so there's even a chance I'll decline even if I could get it.. The rent is slightly high, but within what I can afford. The deposit is only five thousand kroner, my parents should be able to lend me that.
And it's not incredibly cramped like some of the other places I've applied for.
I may be looking at moving on March the 1st. ^_^
