Another good day.

sleep - not so good.
Played SMAC a lot. Thankfully I remembered to make tea, have breakfast and stuff, because I was still playing SMAC when the psych.nurse came around to pick me up as we had planned. We went out to a friend of hers who is into gardening. We started out with tea and conversation - I volunteered my tea, a green earl grey, and it was enjoyed by all. I got a lot of useful advice, and I think this could be the start of a mutually beneficial friendship - this lady is thinking of starting a small business, and has signed up for a class on building a website, but doesn't have a lot of computer knowledge. So I let her know I'm a geek and would be happy to help her out. She asked for my phone number and I gave it to her, and asked for hers so I would know who's calling, because I don't always pick up the phone if it's an unfamiliar number.

I also made some knitting progress, including picking up a stalled project. Unfortunately it wasn't the one I need to finish because I need that set of needles to continue with the kitty pi cat bed. Maybe I'll get around to that tomorrow. Or maybe I'll tinker with Yoki, or work on my garden. Boredom is a thing of the past.

(But I'll probably waste half the day playing SMAC instead.)

Oh yeah, and going to Førde on saturday I think. Lots of shopping, but I'm only going to buy ONE skein of yarn - so I won't have to make ankle socks again. 100g of that lovely yarn does not make a full-length adult sock pair.
