For how much money would you be willing to spend a whole week away from the Internet, TV, and mobile phones? Would you suffer withdrawal pains?

Questions like these are quite silly because the answer is always "More than any sane person would be willing to pay me".

Considering how I suffer connection withdrawal after just an hour or so, yeah. It would be extremely tough for me.

I'm not that attached to my phone (mainly because it's not a smartphone, so all I use it for is making/receiving telephone calls), so I'd be okay with being without that. TV, sure, I can go a week without no problem. (I'm counting that as 'not watching any movies/TV shows' as I don't have a TV set at home anyway)

I notice computers aren't on the list. You can still have a good deal of fun and productivity on an offline computer. I'd probably spend most of my downtime reading books.

So yes, I believe I could survive a week in isolation without going insane. Maybe not two. I think I'd be willing to do it for as little as 3000 USD, but again - who would want to pay me for staying offline? :P
